Once we’ve got the go-ahead to sell your home we’ll sit down and agree the costs, answer your questions and get the house onto the market as swiftly as possible. Our energy assessor can help with part of the HIPs requirement, and we’ll get down to the marketing of your home. - Catching people’s attention - marketing your home

Our caring philosophy is closely allied to our belief that communication is key throughout the sales process. peapod will update you, inform you and guide you, continually. And we encourage customers to pop into our office at any time.
Customers showing interest in your property will be found a time slot to visit that suits you. Alternatively peapod can accompany viewers in your absence. But we don’t leave it there. There is an automatic follow up where peapod contact potential buyers to get feedback, which is then passed on to you.
Running in parallel to the sales and marketing process, peapod can also help you with finding the mortgage that best suits your financial circumstances.
Once an offer is made, we swiftly forward this to you by phone and follow up with written confirmation. It’s then up to you to accept, or not. At the same time peapod investigates the potential buyer’s financial status and current stage in the buying and selling chain.
If there’s more than one offer, we will advise and guide in your best interests based on our assessment of the offers on the table.
Once you’ve decided to accept an offer it’s all systems go and the legal side of the operation is brought into play. - The legal bit

Once you’ve accepted the offer, peapod will liaise with your solicitor to progress the sale. And if you don’t have a solicitor, we’ve got a list of recommended companies.
